Eating a major thing to survive by all living being.For human being to stay healthy and disease free a healthy eating habit is necessary. Many theoretical analysis have been done on these .The result predicted a lot of health issues arrises because of unhealthy eating practices.
Some of the roadblocks to have a healthy eating habits are
The common roadblock is time.Most people say they have no time to prepare their meal.This may be because of poor work life balance. People who go for work sometimes ate exhausted because of the work load and stress.These people tend to eat whenever they are hungry and whatever they get at that time. Most if the fluid which they get are junk food,snacks,fast food which are not good for health. This can be overcome by preparation of meals on the day of leave and leaving it in the freezer for a week and having it reheated on the day of work and consuming .This will save time as well as people will not skip their meal
This forms the major roadblock for healthy eating. People mostly avoid eating veggies and fruits. The reason for not having raw vegetables are its rawness,plain boiling of vegetables. This can be overcome by making vegetable salads adding vinegar,salt,lemon for stimulating taste and increasing appetite and finally practice eating veggies. To eat fruit select simple fruits like banana which needs no effort neither to wash or clean, just to peal and eat it out.People avoid fruit thinking that they need time to clean it .Inculcating the practice of adding fruits on daily life from childhood may prevent many Malnutrition.
Most people skip meals in the morning hours as a part of dieting in weight management.A health care professionals skip their meal if the patients conditions are critical and emergency by taking care if them.

Thus firms another major roadblocks for healthy eating. The junk foods are easily attractive by their smell and appearance. Finally by the taste ingredients added into it for stimulating eating more.Thus us very unhealthy leading to the start if many diseases.
