Answer: Nurse plays multiple roles in haethcare settings. They not only deliver the quality of care to the patients but also act as a advocate, counsellor etc.

Some of the fators which influences the nurses staying or leaving their jobs are:

  • Good working environment provides mental satisfaction as the co workers behave nicely and hence the nurse does their jobs.
  • When the healthcare organization provides better salary along with the bonus, the nurse retains for longer period of time to that organization.
  • Organization provides better scope to the nurses such as increment in salary, extra time working hours that are beings paid.
  • Excessive workload pressure increases burnout among nurses hence they doesn't stay for longer period in the same healthcare organization.
