Answer: Morbidity data is related to the illness as well as diseased condition whereas the mortality data consists of number of deaths occured. These data is important to know the health status of the population.

The strength of these data are:

1. These data provides the population health of particular community, population or the states.
2. It involves the ability of the people to avail or access healthcare services.
3. These data can be obtained regarding the health condition, services provided as well as the admission rates in the hospital.
4. It enables the healthcare professionals to improve their healthcare services.

The limitations includes such as:

1. Although the data will be available of the morbidity rate but still those people doesn't get proper care. They suffers from poor healthcare services.
2. The data recorded may be for only serious disease but those with the mental illness, data is not recorded.
3. The underlying causes of these data may not be exactly mentioned.
