16. If we take more calories than expended then our body will store it for future use. Very few of it will store in muscles as glycogen, most of you extra calories intake will store in your body as fat.

If we continuously repeat high-calorie intake then it will make our body obese.

When the body uses more energy than the calories intake the body starts losing weight because the body starts using its stored energy.

The ideal percentage of total calories for adults that should be consumed as carbohydrate, fats, and protein is

40 to 65% of calories from Carbohydrate

20 to 35% of calories from fat

10 to 35% of calories from protein
