Pediatrician by a profession is an important one and has got a lot of responsibilities. As the child birth onwards it starts and continues through the infancy to todler and to childhood and adolescence. Most of the parents may not take a risk in the child's health care management because they wants their child to get one of the best treatment. On the other hand they will be ready to compramise with their problem. Especially in the case of neonatal and labour room the pedestrians role is very important.

Collaboration with other health care professionals will improve the carrier of the person. Because in the most of the cases the parents wants the best treatment should be given to their child, so when the person has a good personal contact and collaboration with other members will be very much helpful. Most of the time the proper diagnosis with child may not be possible, child will be crying continuously so to identify the problem and intervene the same and educate the parents regarding the same is all are important.
