Nurses can ensure that people can come to the clinic for vaccinations for free and also make sure to get health check-ups by the physicians who are available. Nurses can provide the public with health fair or even public clinics to get vaccinations for the patient and for the entire community. Vaccines protect the children from serious illnesses and complications that go along with each disease which means we are giving them a higher chance for survival. Through education, we are able to decrease child mortality since they are our future. Nurses educating our elderly in regards to yearly flu vaccinations along with those who are over 65 can take the pneumococcal vaccine can be helpful for the community
