As mentioned, the 2010 healthcare reform act increased the number of people with care access; thus reducing the number of people who cannot access health care. Regardless, there is still huge number that requires care but cannot access due to financial constraints (Martsolf et al., 2016). As a professional nurse, there a various ways that I can manage reaching out to community members who do not have access to healthcare reform. First of all, I can volunteer during healthcare meetings or events and offer medical knowledge that the community members can use to improve their health. Also, during public health promotion activities I can volunteer in offering vaccines and medical check ups with the nonprofit organizations. In this regard, I can be able to offer my professional knowledge and expertise to the community members.

This post describes that the Health care reform act passed in 2010 has covered most of the population with insurance but the number of people who are constrained financially are very higher to access the care and lead a disease free life.

A professional nurse can health educate these community by volunteering through healthcare meeting or events and create awareness and improve their quality of life.Through public health promotions vaccines can be administered and through non-profit organization fan take part on medical check up

The nurses can impart their knowledge and skills by educating these community members
