The best way to avoid refined sugars each day

  • To avoid cookies, coffee, pastries,packed juices which contains refined sugar and replacing it with healthy natural drinks made with fruits
  • Eating whole vegetables and fruits are a best source of fiber can be taken instead of fast foods like pizza,burger,etc.,
  • Whole grains(wheat) are a good source of fiber when compared to the refined grains (bread,pasta)
