Refined sugars are present in processed foods.Foods which are not available as ready to eat food packages contain these refined sugars.Some of the examples are yogurt,ketchup,refined fruit juices and sports drinks.The best way to avoid refined sugars is eating fresh and greens.Eating whole cereals contain more fiber and vegetables such as potato,sweet potato,beetroot,broccoli and spinach are high in fiber.some alters steps to increase intake of fiber:

1.Taking fresh fruit juices instead of refined fruit drinks and sports drinks.

2.Taking whole cereals foods such as bread and porridge preparations.

3.Avoiding sauce and ketchup.

4.Having fruit and vegetables salads.

5.change from fried snacks to taking nuts and berries.

6.Flavouring the foods with honey instead for refined sugars.

Benefits:

Fiber rich foods such as oats helps in reducing cholesterol thus to helps in weight reduction.

Maintains healthy weight.

It reduce the risk of developing heart disease.

It promotes the healthy bowel movement.

It helps in problems of constipation.

Fiber rich foods have special benefit which makes the food satiety feel immediately henceconsumption of food becomes low.
