• frequent urination - in diabetes mellitus blood sugar become too high that you start feeling thirsty and drink more water than usual. this causes frequent and excessive urination because it becomes really hard for kidneys to work against the extra glucose.
• weight loss - high blood sugar level makes a person more hungrier than usual and the body will not get enough glucose. then the body will start breaking muscle fat for energy and this will create unhealthy weight loss.
• extreme tiredness - in diabetes mellitus, body does not produce enough insulin which makes glucose to be in the blood rather than cells to be used as energy. hence, the person feels tired all the time.
• blur vision - high blood glucose level leads to swollen and watery eyes which makes it unable to focus properly.
