Some of the strengths that I have are :-

- Confidence = to do anything . It is the motivation which keeps me going on .

- Independent = I do my work I dependently without dependending on anyone until and unless their is extreme conditions and take responsibility of my actions .

- Being strong = strong hearted ,not melts so easily , bears every critical situation and keeps smile everytime without making others inform about that .

- Speed is one of my strengths = I have my own pace of doing works , walking, doing things etc which helps me to complete my tasks before time and adds on my relaxing time.

- Autonomy = ability to take decisions independently after having an assessment of the pros and cons .

Some of the weakness of me are :-

- Aggression or anger = I get angry very fast on little things mainly on irresponsibility.

- Trust others easily

- extrovert = shares feelings with others even if they are not close to me .

All the above mentioned strengths are the basic qualities an individual need for the post of medical assistant . Individual must have the ability to make decisions at correct time in a less time , should be confident enough to implement his or her actions without dependending on others . Working by following these simple concepts will help to grab higher opportunities and aim success by full filling the gold and hence will directly effect the quality of health care services being provided and results in early discharge or healing of the patients.

Actions done to improve my weakness are :-

- ,doing yoga , meditation etc to reduce my anger .

- being introvert in matters which need confidentiality .

- analyse individuals before trusting them .
