Answer: Working in a team means having a main aim and goals that should be completed. If there is a non productive member in a team, so it is necessary for other members to encourage the member to work.
Creating structure, encouragement and goals can build up the confidence in the non productive member as may be there is some kind of lack of inspiration for that particular member. So, we should not emphasize him, there should not be hard rules to follow it. Having effective communication with the person may also create awareness and spirituality for a team work.
