Answer #1

Infection is most prevalent in healthcare sector.Besides a proper aseptic procedure carried there are still chance for spread of infection through the instruments used. The loaner instrumentation and endoscopes are still a concern for infection prevention

The endoscopes after usage to be decontaminated, reprocessed, arranged in the unit, this has to undergo a quality check and there should be proper management in case of infection .The loaner instrument borrowed from other healthcare sector should be decontaminated, sterilized and not to be handled frequently or unnecessarily

This will prevent surgical site infection because of the instrument used. The instrument may look simpler but complex to clean

The basic protocols important for the loaner instrumentation process are

  • The first thing after receiving a loaner instrument is decontamination
  • Assemble or gather the equipment
  • Remove any broken instruments
  • The instrument to be packed for sterilization with labels
  • Sterilize the loaner instruments
  • Inspect the tray fir proper sterilization with the markings on sterilization strip done on the instruments
  • Place it in a clean and less handled areal

IMPORTANT STEP: For each experiment, Fixed Phen and Fixed Fe, write the Beers Law equation for each sloped series trend line. Do not use the y-intercept term, and do not use y or x as the variables. Use the chemical variables A for absorbance and the reactant concentration symbolism, []. For example, if the trendline equation for the varying mmoles of iron (II) sulfate is y-1070x, then the equation you would use is: A-1070 [Fe] A 1062 el If the...
