Usually, mast cells bind IgE. When the allergen or antigens enter into body IgE binds with allergens or antigens and mast cells releases histamines which initiate the hypersensitivity reaction in the human body.

The statement mast cells bind IgE in hypersensitivity reactions is not true in the above-given statements.
