The augmented reality type of team at Apple is the self managed project teams, which manage their project successfully and deliver to the level the project is intended. The self managed project team are managing the project themselves and they themselves plan for the whole project and execute the project as per their plan. They reach to Apple management when they need any support or help.

  

The team norms we do think would be important for this team are as below

This team need a balance of conformity and deviance because the team is self managed team and it will comply with all the key requirements of a good team and it needs some deviations so that the team van perform as per their plan and their wish. The team deviation helps the team to perform as per their wish and plan based on the project requirements.
