The buyer orders that keep the supply chain in action and fill them successfully or effectively is the first stage in giving buyer service. However, the order fulfillment method includes more than filling orders. It is about designing a network and a method that allows an organization to meet buyer requests while decreasing the total delivered cost. It is more than a logistics feature, and it requires applying cross-functionally and with the togetherness of leading suppliers and buyers. In this paper, the order complete method is explained to show how it can be applied within an organization and managed across businesses in the supply chain. Each sub-processes occupation is checked; they hang together with functional silos, methods, and firms are estimated; and, examples of successful implementations are present.
