Well testosterone testing is checking the levels of testosterone in the blood as a kind of sex verification, the pro argument is that if the individual is whit in certain range of testostero the individual is female and therefore can compete in the female category of sports.

Against this testing there are many arguments.
in humans there is not a one fits all kind of situation, many men would fall under female acording to the test and so would many women fall under men.

This further complicatade when presented whit situations of genital mutilation, a practice commun in africa for girls

Medical conditions that elevate both testosteron and strogen in women, and genetic variations that promot both male and female sexual traits(intersex) therefore testosterone

And the rise on the transgender issue where transgender atlhets have to conform to the testosteron range to compet in their desired category

furthermore there is no conclusive evidence that a rise in testosterone in women rises the athletic performance
