Cycle time = available time / units to be made = 200/60 =3.33 minutes.

Min number of WS theoretically = task time / cycle time = 13/ 3.33 = 4

Now, the cycle time can either be 3.33 or 3.

If a cyxle time of 3 is chosen.

Efficiency with cycle time 3 = 13 / 3*5 = 86.66 ( 5 workstations would be needed practically in any case)

Idle time with cycle time of 3 minutes = 3*5- 13 = 2 minutes per cycle
