How can you utilize a creative version of the scientific method to become a better medical professional once you have established a career in your medical field?
Please no handwritten answers or picture responses - only typed answers.
The systematics of the scientific method are:
1. First step is Identification of the problem / issue.
2. Next is Formation of a Hypothesis
3. Testing of the hypothesis by conducting an experiment or
survey
4. Analysis of the data obtained
5. Communication of the results
Applying this to become a better medical professional (assuming you
have an organization of your own or which you are partnering with
reliable partners)
1. Step 1: Identification of the problem or issue being faced. Say
for instance, employees of your organization are not happy as they
should seem. The male and female staff nurses, both are seeming
less enthusiastic, which directly affects the organization's growth
and your further growth as a medical professional.
Step 2: Hypothesizing that if salary of employees was to be
increased, or if duty timings were a bit easened out by appointing
newer employees or if recreational activities were conducted within
and outside the organization premises; the emotional, social and
mental health status of the employees could be refreshed and
rejuvenated.
Step 3: Testing this hypothesis. Try this out for the coming 6
months and make note of the responses.
Step 4: Analysis of the data observed. Preferably give it to a
third party for analysis to analyse the reports to get a fresh and
unbiased view.
Step 5: Communication of the results with the partners (if any) and
with the employees. By this, you could re-examine your
organization's budget for the coming year/s to come. And you could
do the necessary modifications at any of the steps mentioned.
