Healthcare workers likewise other employers in different occupations do experience violence at the workplace. 1. I.1 In my opinion there is more chance for DECREASE in the road traffic accidents in Oman.

The major reasons for increase in RTI is increase in number of ownerships of vehicles because of rapid growth of eceonomy and development of infrastructure and modernization.There are 230 vehicles per a population of 1000 in Oman which is a calculation that cross many other countries of similar economic status. Motorization level increased by 26% in 9 years from 2000 to 2009 in Oman. Rate of road traffic accidents per population of 1000 was 2.67 and rate of accidents per population of 1000 registered vehicles in 2009. RTA shows declining trends during the study period. Majority of road accidents were triggered by collision or hitting other vehicles or fixed objects. Immature drivers and overspeeding also contribute towards the etiiology of RTI. Though the status of previous decade from the analysis of the WHO and sultante of Oman revealed a disastrous increase in the reports on RTI, the new rules, regulations and penalty throw good deal of light on the hope and calculation of decrease in RTI in Oman in the coming future.

I.2 The major 2 reasons can be over speeding and immature driving as mentioned in the above answer. The majority of the accidents were occured when the drivers were of age 17-33 years and when speed limit was violated.

II.1. Oman is comparatively a safe place to work at with very reliable laws regarding workplace violence. The policy code is Moh/DGQAC/P&P/003/Vers.01

II.2. The major risk factors for workplace violence can be lack of communication training and hiring of people with unfair conduct history.

III.3. The most notable workplace violence of decade occured in UPS warehouse San Francisco in 2017, when one among the workered straightly fired at the fellow workers rendering 3 shot dead and 5 injured; and finally shot himself infront of the cops; which was due to a reason that he was disrespected by his colleagues. The next can be quoted at Dotcom computers in Massachusttes in the same year whwere am employee stabbed his supervisor because of an arguement.
