An organization is known by its people and the kind of work they do. Every organization does have sets of values and principles which we often called Core values. So basically organization culture revolves around its core values like employee first, integrity, customer-focused, passionate, etc.
In order to implement these core values and organizational culture, the leadership team must hire people in line with their culture and check whether the candidate is culturally fit for the organization or not.
It is people of the organization, its leadership, core values of the organization, its practices on a daily basis, are the factors which shapes organizational culture
