The formula to calculate the required volume of any solution of the desired concentration is as follows :

Required Concentration/ Given Concentration * Total Volume

= 5* 105/ 2 * 106 * 7 ml

= 2.5 * 10-1 * 7 ml

= 1.75 ml

= 1750μι

This a volume of 1750μι must be dispensed from Tube F into Tube G to obtain the desired concentration of  5* 105 cells/ml.
