6:The phosphagen, glycolytic and mitochondrial respiration replenish ATP, While doing the process of regeneration of ATP the creatine phospate transfers a high energy phospate to ADP and the product of this reaction are ATP and creatine.

7:The energy is transformed to ATP is that during glycolysis a glucose molicule with six atoms is converted into two molicules of pyruvate and each of which contain three carbon atoms and for each molecules of glucose two molicules of ATP are hydrolyzed to provide energy to do the early steps but four molicules of ATP are produced in the later steps.

ATP IS A NUCLEOTIDE.
