Result from figure 1 part A: When cells are treated with dexamethasone, total level of GR protein is reduced from 2 hour onwards. When cells are treated with arsenic, total level of GR protein reduces a bit after 6 hours of exposure, not before that.

Figure 1 part B: Question - What is the effect of dexamethasone and arsenic on cytoplasmic levels of GR protein under different periods of exposure (2, 4, 6 hrs)?
