1. Bacteria is a cellular structure whereas viruses are acellular structure.

Bacteria are living organisms whereas viruses are on the border of living and nonliving things.

2. Nucleus, mitochondria, chloroplast, lysosomes, vacuoles, endoplasmic reticulum, Golgi apparatus

3. The two classes of viruses are, RNA viruses and DNA viruses. RNA viruses have RNA as their genome and DNA viruses have DNA as there genome. It should be noted that, none of the virus have both RNA and DNA.
