Yes, nectarine is homozygous for recessive gene(dd). Actually peach and nectarine share maximum trait at molecular or genetic level . Nectarine is peach without fuzz and at molecular level these alleles are associated with G locus when single allele of D with homozygous dominant or D with heterozygous gives fuzzy skin on peach fruits but in nectarine this D allele is in homozygous recessive form i.e. I. dd form.
