Total cost of the project without crashing is 47000 + 6*1000 + 2500*31 = 130500

The slack of activity C is 7

The duration of the path B-D-F-I is 30

The duration of the critical path is 31

For the minimum cost schedule, the first activity to crash is H by 1

The minimum cost schedule stopped before crashing activity D by 1 week because crash cost per week > penalty plus indirect costs per week
