In many organisations there is an ethical dilemma which means that the organization has to make decision between different types of alternatives and has to select the best one which should benefit the organization.In many situations,the organisation has to make tough decisions for the organization.Example of this can be that when an organization has to think about the satisfaction of the customers also and about the profitability of the organization also then such a dilemma is being faced because the organization has to make the right decision which can help in handling the situation in a more better manner.Also such a dilemma is being faced when an organization has to make a decision about the right kind of approach towards the workings of the organization so that the employees should also be satisfied and the method should be such that it should be easily adaptable by the employees because the work has to be done by the employees only.Thus these are some situations when an organization is in a situation of ethical dilemma and has to make the right kind of choices.

There are many advantages of ethical audit such as with the help of such an audit the auditing is being done in a well and proper manner.Such an audit is being done in a sincere manner without any bias and partiality.Such an audit helps in complete check of the various activities of the organization in a very accurate and precise manner.Thus such an audit helps in giving more better results to the organization.

Our organization is using the productive ethics program in a very efficient way by implementing the elements of such a program in every department of the organization.When the elements are being used in every department then the benefits are the maximum.Thus with the help of experts our organization is using this program in a very efficient manner.Also various directions are being given to many employees about the benefits of such a program so that they should become familiar with such a program in a very easy manner because employee satisfaction is very must in the organization as they are a very important part of the organization.

Our organization is mainly of clan type of culture because in our organization there is good teamwork and there is good understanding between the various employees and everyone is very much focussed towards what work they have to do in a specified period of time.Also our organization is like a family and every employee considers his role very seriously and such a culture impacts the ethical choices in a very positive manner.
