The employees of those firms which engage in CSR activities are more likely to be motivated beacuse they see their employer as a concerned and responsible business which is committed for the cause of society and environment, and thus they see it as contributing factor to the longevity and competitiveness of the company in the marketplace owing to its goodwill among stakeholders. They also see their own positions secure, as hey believe that an organisation which cares for the society is less likely to act against its employees. They also see it as sustainable business and feel proud to be associated with it.
