Answer

✓ training is the process of enhancing work related or specific skills/capabilities of the employees. The training can be used to impart the knowledge regarding the job to the new employees, to enhance the capabilities and skills of the existing employees, to make them ready for some changes, and to help the employees stay competitive and grow in their career. It involves various methods and techniques, that can be used according to the requirements of the firm and work.

Training plan is a systematic document, that states the needs, objectives, purpose, method of training, time schedule and evaluation tools.

Some of the recommendation for a training plan in the workplace are listed below:

* Training plan needs to be focused on the employees' existing skills and the desired changes.

* It should emphasize on the needs on employees, organisation and job.

* There should be a proper schedule, with trainee readiness, and a positive environment.

* Use effective evaluation methods for post training analysis and leave no room for any bias.

* Select suitable tools and Arrangements for training venue and list the ambience requirements.

* Determine the budget and cost of arranging experts if the training needs some outsider, who is expertised and is a master in the required area.

I would use installation company's trainer's over in house training. Because, it helps all the employees to learn and then enter the actual workplace. In house training could take lot of time and it needs experts who can perfectly train the candidates. Company's trainer's, who are collaborated for regular training programs can help to save time and makes the employees ready for new processes and procedures. In-house training would cost more, and demands arrangements, which may bring burden on the firm and management.
