You have a student in your class who started school just before Christmas break. You have noticed that no one really includes her or wants to play with her. Last week this student wanted to go to the nurse every day. Each day something new was wrong with her. Lisa was sent home twice last week because she said she was ill. However, Lisa was not sick. She feels excluded and picked on by the rest of the class. You have not witnessed anyone being mean to her directly, but you have noticed that she is not a part of any friendship groups within the class. You observed that initially that students really tried to become friends with her and include her. However, she has displayed some poor social skills. She tends to become overbearing and bossy with her peers. She also whines a lot and makes comments to them that aggravate them. What will you do in a situation like this?

I will first try to talk with her that is there any concern which has made her so isolated with others.

I will try to know about how she interacts and what kind of behaviour she has with their classmates. This would help me to know her better and can be rectified easily.

Once I will get to know exactly as she is not been surrounded with classmate because of her bossy and commenting nature

I will start telling her-

1) We should first learn how to behave in a group where every one must give respect to the other person then they should talk later.

Respect is mutual and we should first give.

2) I will ter lisa that while talking with friends we should not comment or try to be bossy instead of this we should try to be in their company and enjoy it with most yes.

If we have an issues we should communicate in a polite manner with smiling nature.

3) I will ask her to be a good listener first and then give your opinion and not to be a bossy. She should be polite with people.

4) I will tell her how to make friends and listen to them and we should know how to socialise by listening and giving respect to their talks .
