what is the problem being bullying/incivility?
what is the solution for bullying/incivility?
also what is the advantages and disadvantages of being bullying/incivility?
Bullying is one of the worst forms of harassments which not only shatters the confidence of the one bullied but also brings out the uncivil lifestyle of the one who bullies. This happens because those who bully think of themselves as superior to those who are bullied in terms of race, caste, religion, ethnicity etc. This shows only the ignorance of those who bully. Parents at home have a strong role to play in making their children understand the importance of treating everyone with respect. Schools might need to make the students aware that bullying is wrong, right from the young age by showing that everyone is equal and everyone has their due right. Society should have better rules and laws that would punish those who bully severely. One of the most important advantage of bullying is that at times, those who are bullied would become strong that they would motivate themselves to prove that they are strong and they are not afraid of the bullying. They would also achieve something significantly to prove that they are strong. The disadvantage is that it would prevent certain people from being who they are, doing what they want to do and exist with the same amount of freedom that the bullying has.
