" Dear sir,

This is regarding submission of assignment done by me to you through video recording. As mentioned in our calender, the submission due date of this assignment is 11/10. However, as informed to me now, the assignment has to be submitted later. However, since I have already submitted the assignment, I would request you to provide me credits for the same. Kindly confirm, whether it is possible to provide me credits or whether I have to submit my assignment with other video assignments on a single tape.

Further, I request you to kindly let me know the status of grading for previous assignments submitted by us earlier.
