1. The reason that vitamin and mineral are very essential components of our diet is, it has various important functions in our body in terms of regulating internal body environment by means of good blood supply to every tissue whenever it needs, supplying energy to the body according to its requirements and so on.

Specifically vitamins are very helpful for the individuals nutrients supply. Different kinds of vitamins play different kind of role in our body. Minerals are very crucial for the electrolytes formation and its work in the inside body fluids.

2. The labelling of HDL as 'good cholesterol' and LDL as 'Bad Cholesterol' is basically because of its constitution and its formation. The major difference is their density of lipoprotien.

The HDL has contain high amount of protein in its when compares to LDL and the HDL has very few quantity of cholesterol presence when compares to LDL. That's where the different labelling came from its density proportion.

3. The reason that HDL is considered as beneficial is because of its composition. It is almost comprised of lipoprotiens and the fat amount is considerably low, so it is good to consume and have in our daily diets.

4. After you consume a meal with high carbohydrates, the body take enough amount of energy by the converting process of glucose. After that there will be some extra glucoses are present in the blood, which are then enters into the liver. Here the critical function will begin, liver starts to store up this extra glucose in it by means of another form, usually it said to be glycogen.

5. The individuals who are lacking in this type of deficiency are more prone to develop malnutrition and absorption problems. Specifically these individuals are high chances to get peripheral neuropathy.
