Nurses work directly with patients and therefore are directly involved in almost all aspects of hospital quality. Nurses do patient care, medication administration and management and they assist with surgeries. All these task require the nurse to data collect and report which are required for quality control and improvement. “The demand for quality improvement in hospitals is ever increasing due to federal government mandates” (TRNQI, 2017). Reported feedback from nurses is crucial and include falls as well as falls with injury and the prevalence of pressure ulcer. Withe the data collection done when nurses care for their patients, organizations are able to improve activities within the organization.

Answer: Nurses plays major roles in the healthcare organization along with the patient's life. The palliative care provided by the nurses indulge many theories and evidence to provide quality of care to the patients. Due to lack of availability of the healthcare professionals, there are increased in the working hours which causes burnout among them and hence reduces the efficacy of the care provided to the patients.

How can be demand of the quality improvement in care can be fulfilled with the unavailability of the staffs?.
