#. Advantages of vegetarian diet are :-

2.higher intake of fiber, folate, antioxidants, and phytochemicals (protective factors against chronic disease)

3.lower body mass index

4.lower rates of heart disease: improve lipid profile patterns

5.lower incidence of hypertension

#. Disadvantages of vegetarian diets are :-

1.potential for too many calories or insufficient calorie intake

2.can be deficient in important nutrients

3.potential adverse effect on growth

4.potential risk for protein malnutrition

5.potential risk for development of diseases/clinical symptoms related to inadequate nutrient intake.

2) Ketogenic diet is a diet which works by cutting down carbohydrates , modifies the use of body fat and calories restriction
