One serving of oatmeal provides 30% of the total calories and total calories are 2000. So 30% of 2000 calories is 600 calories. We get this by 30 divide by 100 × 2000. And now to make up 2000 calories we need 3 meals of 600 calories ( This we get by 2000 divided by 600). Hence your answer is 3.
