The objective of this project is to build a luxurious villa for a family in Melbourne, Australia within 18 months. The villa will be built with sustainable materials and the initial estimate provided for a budget not to exceed 200 million. The specifications of the number of rooms, and other structural attributes and luxury amenities such as elevators, swimming pool, advanced security systems, or game room are to be provided as per requirement from the owner.
