Answer #1

Palliative care is a branch of medicine which deals with terminal illness provided by certified clinicians or health team basically a treatment modality that is choosen when there is no other options of medical or surgical management available In context with dying patients palliative care would be helpful to make the process less painful and peaceful for the ailing client and the family would be able to witness a peaceful ending to their loved ones

Palliative care can be used to improve the quality of life for the patients and family members especially in case of life threatening end stage diseases

It doesnt have to deal with only pain management ,the palliative care can be the source of counselling for the patient as well as bereaverment counselling for the families

Palliative care should be a holistic approach dealing with physical social emotional psychological aspects as a whole .It is a multidisciplinary approach and should deliver effective communication between health care team ,client and family to make it useful and fruit ful
