Question

The glucose is the primary molecule that serve as the energy source for the plants and animals. The energy in glucose is extracted in cellular respiration in the form of ATP. The process of extraction of energy from glucose take place in cytoplasm and this process is known as glycolysis. The input of the glycolysis is glucose and output is 2 molecules of pyruvate, 2ATP, 2 NADPH. This 2 molecules pyruvate enter in the mitichondria to Kreb's cycle and then electron transport chain to yield around 38 ATP from 1 glucose molecule.
