A) fatty acids must first be converted to fatty acyl co A which will then converted to acylcarnitine and will be transported into MITOCHONDRIa it is true because CARNITINE is a transporter which transport fatty acyl co a by binding and making acylcarnitine .

B)true because in this reaction huge amount of FADH2 AND NADH IS PRODUCED WHICH CARRIES ELECTRONS.

C)false because there is no substarte level phosphorylation like GLYCOLYSIS there is only one step which is associated with direct ATP which is the break down of ATP to charge fatty acid.

D)fatty acid oxidation can't be performed in anaerobic conditions Because. As huge NADH and FADH2 is produced, which needs to b3 Oxidized and oxygen is necessary for that.

E)false , because acetyl co a can be increased but this will be from glycolysis not by Fatty acids oxidation Because insulin lessen the amount of glucose and make triglycerides and thus it inhibit oxidation of Fatty acids.
