1- The three criteria for evaluation of Public health performance are-

Performance Standards are the establishment of organizational or system standards, targets, and goals to improve public health practices and performance. Standards may be set based on national, state, or scientific guidelines, benchmarking against similar organizations, the public’s or leaders’ expectations, or other methods.

Reporting Progress is the documentation and reporting of how standards and targets are met, and the sharing of such information through appropriate feedback channels.

Visible Leadership is the commitment of senior management to a culture of quality that aligns performance management practices with the organization’s mission, regularly takes into account customer feedback, and enables transparency about performance between leadership and staff.

2-three differences between technical leadership (Management) and adaptive leadership (Extreme leadership)-

Technical leaders are those leaders who uses management functions and rely on them mostly to deal with situations means they are more rigid in nature while adaptive leaders are more open and flexible in nature and change according to the situation.

Technical leaders uses their own knowledge to deal with situation which limits their scope of knowledge while adaptive leaders are curious to learn new things so they have wider scope of knowledge.

Technical leadership is more clear and defined with roles and responsibilities while Adaptive leadership requires more knowledge and learning to define roles and responsibilities.
