I want to talk about Accenture that has localized its human resource management at USA but has majority of the staff working form India, Singapore and other Asian countries where we find cheap labor. It has localized its human resource management in India also which manages the Indian operations but they co-ordinate with USA team every now and then who govern them globally. There is a well defined channel to take care of all the components in hand. There are some challenges like the teams cannot mean other in person and there is some amount of lag in understanding as virtual setup does not enable the best sharing of knowledge of ideas. But it can overcome this situation by including travels or visits at various facilities and inspecting the growth of the organization.
