1. Source of contamination are :-

a) Heavy metal contamination is - 3 oz sauteed Atlantic salmon because of increasing pollution and pollutants being dumped in oceans and rivers ,the water bodies are becoming highly contaminated with heavy metal sources like mercury ,lead etc .

b) Pesticide contamination is - 1cup of orange, pineapple ,apple salad because pesticides are highly used for killing and mitigating the pests .

c) Bacterial contamination is - Mushroom lovers veggei burger because the vegetables used in burger are raw and under cooked which is cheif source of bacterial contamination .

2. The strengths of this meal plan are :-

> 1cup roasted carrot soup - carrots contain vitamin A , antioxidants , minerals and fiber .

> 10cooked asparagus spears - it's loaded with nutrients called vitamins and minerals.

> 1/2 cup olives - provide antioxidants ,lowers cholesterol , maintain heart health .

> 6 ounces white wine - both red and white wine are healthy ,they provide antioxidants ,lowers cholesterol level , balance sugar , fights infection and boost brain function.

> 1/2 cup whole wheat angel hair pasta - wheat pasta is healthier than white pasta as it is rich in carbohydrates ,protein ,fiberglass ,zinc magnesium .

> 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes - sun dried tomatoes are rich in lycopenes ,lowers the risk of cancer and age related disease. Its full of antioxidants , vitamins and minerals.
