QUESTION 1.

In the first 60-90 days,as a manger one should get in touch with other staff members who are working in the company.He/She should be aware of what job they perform very well or in which department they are best suited which helps them to increase their efficiency an effectiveness which would overall benefit the entire company.Not only this,a manager of health care management ,he/she should be aware of all the suppliers of medicines to make sure that they are meeting the quality standards.The manager should be able to addresses all the pending grievances of the patient and staff members and tries to solve it immediately.

QUESTION 2.

The biggest challenge facing the company/department is that they are not able to serve it patients in proper way and according to their needs and demands due to lack of proper management ,people are working as per their own comfort without any schedule or proper timetable ,there is no records of payment and attendence ,no check is being made on supplies of medicine ,whether they are meeting quality standards or not,payment is being made to the suppliers without receiving bills or receipt .

QUESTION 3.

The best part of the company is that they consider their patients as their God and they do best of their ability to serve them better ,their aim is not just to mint money unlike other companies but to help them to lead a healthy and carefree life,through proper guidance and mentoring .
