Capacity of station 1 = 2x20 =40 units per hour

Capacity of station 2 = 15 units per hour.

Capacity of station 3 -2 units per hour.

(a0 Bottleneck is station 3 with a capacity of 2 units per hour or 60/2 =30 minutes per unit.

(b) bottleneck time is 30 minutes per unit.

(c) Process cycle time = 30 min

Process time = 60/20+60/15+60/2 = 37 minutes

(d) Hourly capacity of the cell = 2 units

weekly capacity = 10x 5x2 = 100 units
