A Pelton turbine (a type of turbine used in hydroelectric power generation) is spinning at 1100 rpm when the water jets acting on it are shut off, thus causing the turbine to slow down. Assuming that the angular deceleration rate is constant and equal to 1.31 rad/s2, determine the time it takes for the turbine to stop. In addition, determine the number of revolutions of the turbine during the spin-down.
